Information We Collect
To set up your account onsite or on any of our Websites, complete a transaction with you, or provide information you requested, we will ask you to provide the information we need to establish your eligibility and fulfill your request. Depending on the activity you select, this personal information may include the following: first name, last name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, credit card number, driver's license, passport, and social security number. Because account activity involves participation in regulated activities, to open an onsite or online gaming account, engage in online account activity, enter a contest, or claim a jackpot, additional personal information may be collected to qualify your entry or verify your identity, state of residence, and age. If you request casino credit, we may request bank account, credit, and other financial information. To comply with applicable law, we may collect additional background information about you. How We Use Personal Information
Conduct Transactions and Manage Customer Accounts. We use personal information to fulfill requests for transactions, reservations, and event registrations, perform our contractual obligations to you, establish Xclub and online accounts, and to charge and bill for services.
